Individual and Couple Therapy

Themes that clients bring to therapy may relate to struggling with everyday life demands, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity, cultural and racial issues, having negative thinking, feeling unappreciated, anger, low self-esteem, loneliness, trauma, deliberate self-harming behaviours, personality difficulties, addictive behaviours, overwhelming work challenges, and struggling to find purpose in life or have meaningful life goals.

The aim is to develop together new perspectives that can help you with making healthier life choices and become more authentic in your relationship with yourself and others.

When it comes to working with couples, we can explore together themes regarding recurring communication difficulties, possible emotional disconnection, conflict, and lack of intimacy. The focus will be on supporting both partners to find new channels of communication, practice healthier conflict resolution, become more aware of each other's needs, acknowledge each other's love languages, redefine intimacy and develop mutually fulfilling life goals.

Initial Communication

As an initial contact for any treatment we can have a 30-minute informal phone call or Zoom meeting for you to share what brings you to therapy and for me to answer any questions you may have about therapy. Then we can discuss whether working together would be beneficial for you.
