Individual & Couple Therapy                                                                                                                                                                                  My professional expertise enables me to work with you on any of the following themes: struggling with everyday life demands, depression, anxiety, ongoing relationships difficulties, identity, cultural and racial issues, feeling unappreciated, negative and/or obsessive thinking, anger issues, low self-esteem, loneliness, trauma, deliberate self-harming behaviours, personality difficulties, addictive behaviours, overwhelming work challenges, and struggling to find purpose in life or have meaningful life goals.

The aim is to develop together a new narrative that can help you understand barriers in managing life’s challenges or making healthier life choices and become more authentic in your relationship with yourself and others.

When it comes to working with couples, it will be useful to explore together themes regarding recurring relationship patterns, possible emotional disconnection, isolation, conflict, and lack of intimacy. The focus will be on supporting both partners to find new channels of communication, practice healthier conflict resolution, become more aware of each other's needs, acknowledge each other's love languages, redefine intimacy and develop mutually fulfilling life goals.

Initial communication                                                                                                                                                                                           As an initial contact for any treatment we can have a 30-minute informal phone call or Zoom meeting for you to share what brings you to therapy, for me to answer any questions you may have about therapy and then we can think whether working together would be beneficial for you.

My practice is based on an integrative clinical model, drawing key references from Analytic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Mentalisation-Based Therapy. 

At present I offer either online sessions exclusively or a combination of face-to-face and online sessions at Putney.                         I practice in English and Greek.
