Individual Psychotherapy
I offer therapy for people facing a wide range of life challenges, including:
- Everyday stress and work pressures
- Anxiety, depression, and low mood
- Relationship difficulties
- Themes relating to gender and sexual identities
- Cultural or racial challenges
- Trauma, intrusive thoughts, or self-harming behaviours
- Low self-esteem, loneliness, or feeling unappreciated
- Personality challenges or addictive behaviours
- Difficulties finding purpose or meaningful life goals
I also support neurodivergent clients who may feel different from those around them. Feeling “different” can sometimes lead to masking the authentic self or struggling to find safe, affirming spaces. Therapy can provide a supportive environment to explore these experiences, build confidence, and reconnect with a more authentic sense of self.
What I Offer in Therapy
I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space to:
- Explore aspects of your identity
- Reflect on life challenges
- Discover healthier ways of relating to yourself and others
- Increase clarity, presence, and authenticity in your relationships
Initial Contact
We can start with a 30-minute informal phone or Zoom call. This is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and ask any questions. We can then discuss whether working together would be helpful.
