Reflective Practice for Teams

Working within healthcare and organisational systems can be demanding and complex. Staff are often balancing client needs, service priorities, and wider systemic pressures, with little space to pause and reflect. At the same time, individual values, beliefs, and professional identities may feel challenged by organisational expectations and change.

Reflective practice groups offer teams a safe and confidential space to reflect on their clinical work, organisational dynamics, and the impact these have on both patient care and staff wellbeing. The aim is to support teams in thinking about their roles, identifying sources of stress, and exploring factors that influence communication, cohesion, and professional effectiveness.

I have extensive experience facilitating reflective practice groups for NHS teams and university students, supporting thoughtful discussion, learning, and professional development within a supportive environment.
